These terms govern all purchases made through kuratitanium.com (operated by Dwant, the Netherlands). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

Our products are described as accurately as possible. On-screen colours may vary slightly from the physical product. We may modify or discontinue products without notice.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay; any applicable taxes or duties are shown there. We may change prices at any time.

3. Ordering

An order placed through our website is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely; we never store full card details.

5. Shipping

We ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Québec (Canada). Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Your right to cancel

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. KuraTitanium voluntarily extends the return window to 30 days. See our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Warranty

All KuraTitanium products carry a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear. See our Warranty page.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your statutory consumer rights are never limited by these terms.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
