25-Year Warranty

Every Kuro product comes with a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects and normal-use failure. If your pan, knife, board, or accessory fails within 25 years from a covered cause, we replace it.

What's Covered

• Warping of any kind
• Surface defects from manufacturing
• Handle loosening or detachment
• Rivets coming loose
• Manufacturing defects
• Material failures

What's Not Covered

• Cosmetic scratches from metal utensils on the cooking surface
• Damage from drops, throws, or impact
• Damage from cleaning with steel wool or harsh abrasives
• Damage from cooking at temperatures beyond 300°C oven, beyond visible smoking on stovetop
• Lost or stolen items

How To Claim

1. Email contact@kuro.nl with photos of the issue and your order number
2. We confirm coverage within 2 business days
3. Replacement ships within 5 business days
4. You don't need to return the failed product unless we ask (most claims, we don't)

Transferability

The warranty is non-transferable — it covers the original purchaser. Gift recipients are covered if proof of original purchase exists.

Older Claims

For warranty claims older than 12 months, we may ask for additional photos or video to confirm the failure mode. This isn't to deny claims; it's to track which materials need supplier-side improvements.

Out-Of-Warranty Repairs

We don't currently offer paid repair. If something happens outside warranty, your best option is replacement at full price with a 15% returning-customer discount applied.
