Returns & Refund Policy

1. 30-day return window

You may return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This voluntarily extends your statutory EU right of withdrawal of 14 days — your legal rights are never limited by this policy.

2. How to return

Report your return within the return window via info@kuratitanium.com (or use the model withdrawal form below). We will send you a return label with instructions. After your notice you have 14 days to send the product back.

3. During the return window

Handle the product and packaging with care. Only unpack it as far as needed to assess whether you want to keep it. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

4. Return address

KuraTitanium (Dwant), Merel 86, 1606 CJ Venhuizen, Netherlands. Always contact us first — we will provide the correct return label and instructions.

5. Refund

We refund the full order amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, provided the product has been returned or you have proven that you sent it back. Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used, free of charge.

6. Used products & warranty

Products that have been used and develop a defect are covered by our 25-year warranty (replacement), not by refund.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken. This is clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
