Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused KuraTitanium product for a full refund. No questions asked.

How To Return

1. Email info@kuratitanium.com with your order number and reason (the reason is for our learning, not gatekeeping)
2. We send you a return label with instructions
3. Pack the product in its original box (or any sturdy box)
4. Drop it at the carrier location shown on your label
5. Refund issued within 5 business days of us receiving it

Conditions

• Product must be unused (we can tell)
• Original packaging is preferred but not required
• 30 days starts from your delivery date, not order date

Used Products

For products that have been used: see our 25-year warranty terms. Used products that fail are eligible for replacement under warranty, not refund.

Damaged In Transit?

Email us within 7 days with photos — we replace immediately, no return needed.

Your Statutory Rights

As an EU consumer you always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day policy extends this — it never limits your legal rights.
