Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern all purchases made through kurocookware.com (operated by Kuro Cookware, the Netherlands). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Our Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to display settings. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Ordering
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Shipping
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
6. Your Right To Cancel (Herroepingsrecht)
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Kuro voluntarily extends this to 60 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
7. Warranty
All Kuro products carry a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Full terms at 25-Year Warranty.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you have under Dutch consumer law.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will first be addressed through our customer service. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court or via EU Online Dispute Resolution.
